Opening a new casino on the Las Vegas Strip is a challenge in the best of situations. Coupling this with a time crunch and a completely fresh start adds multiple layers of connectivity and data-related components that need to be accessible on location at the kiosks, slots, and online.

Our client faced several key challenges when embarking on their casino relaunch project. First, they had no existing marketing automation system, which meant they had to establish a robust framework from the ground up to reach and engage their customer base effectively. Second, their goal was to guarantee that every casino patron received the best possible offer at all times, necessitating a dynamic and responsive marketing solution.
