When IBM Marketing Solutions acquired the Unica Corporation in 2010, Munvo was already a trusted partner and advisor to Unica and their suite of marketing products (previous known as Affinium). Since 2005, Munvo has contributed more than 70 global marketing solution projects using the Unica Enterprise Marketing software, later named Watson Marketing. What began as assistance in the implementation and upgrade management of Unica software modules has evolved into a comprehensive set of Munvo service offerings.

As IBM continues to maintain and enhance their marketing product suite, Munvo will remain a strategic technology partner to both IBM and our mutual marketing solutions clients.

Our experience with IBM extends to every module within the IBM Marketing Solutions suite. In addition to the implementation of outbound marketing capabilities with the Campaign product, Munvo also assists clients with the implementation of their multi-channel marketing personalization strategies through the use of IBM Interact.

In recent years, Munvo has designed and implemented over 17 unique use cases with the Interact module, including web-based offers for retailers and call-center next best action scenarios for the telco industry.

To support critical marketing operations capabilities that are not available in the IBM Marketing Solutions suite, the Munvo Lab has developed valued add products such as Munvo Companion and campaignQA. These products enable IBM marketing clients to increase their ability to monitor and manage and the execution performance and the quality of their marketing campaigns.
