Munvo consultants work out of Montreal, Toronto, Calgary or Atlanta and frequently travel to meet onsite with clients and collaborate with their marketing and technology departments.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a vibrant and professional individual to join the Munvo team in our downtown Montreal office. Reporting to the head of business development, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting the sales team in various capacities.

What You’ll Do as a Sales Assistant:

  • Maintain and enrich Munvo’s clients and prospects database
  • Trigger and monitor marketing email campaigns
  • Produce weekly sales reports and dashboards
  • Assist sales team in identifying potential clients using outbound sales tools and techniques
  • Monitor and maintain Munvo’s profile on software partner sites
  • Coordinate and qualify inbound sales inquiries
  • Ability to multi-task and organize material in a clear manner
  • Assist with on-going marketing initiatives

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Educational background in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or other business-related fields
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and the willingness to learn web-based applications
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, SugarCRM (an asset)
  • Solid English writing skills
  • Must be comfortable communicating with prospective clients over the phone
  • Ability to work with a remote team knowing they will be supporting a sales team across North America
  • Motivation to assist the sales team in achieving sales objectives
  • An interest in Marketing and Technology
